In September 2012 the team from Southern Skies Online Media packed their full airshow PA and remote studio into a pair of trucks & drove for 10 hours up to Narromine, New South Wales for the AusFly event.

Combining our aviation talent with our audio gear & remote broadcast equipment, we were able to provide a full airshow PA system that included a low-power broadcast radio and live stream to the Internet. Running for three days, we conducted interviews, played pre-recorded content and ran the commentary during each day’s air displays.

Covering a full flight line, display area and trade hall, we kept the audience informed & entertained throughout the event. We also provided the PA system for the dinner event at the end of the show.

We’ve got a Mobile Studio

In addition to our usual in-house studio, we’ve set up a mobile studio that lets our team produce our content while out in the real world. We can record a show, provide a live PA and even stream it all onto the Internet while onsite at events.

The PA system can run from a couple of small speakers in a hangar to a full airshow flight line and our equipment lets us record with multiple guests as well as play pre-recorded content.
